hahah dsr what a joke lagy turbos that last 10 mins wastegate is hard to get to and cant control boost over 25psi just starts creeping 38mm wastegate on a 4.2 is to small

Pretty sure the turbos not designed to go 25+psi,maybe 20psi max.
If you running that much boost you must have a big fuel pump?in which case should probley use a turbo to suit high boost.

I had a DSR on my truck,no problems with lag,lasted more than 10mins too,two mates have them also have no problems on theres either.You have to remember the price point.the hole kit cost same as just a Garret turbo.

I would buy one again

From what I believe the TD42 won't last long over 20psi any way. I've had a dsr also and run fine under 20psi, didn't find it laggy at all. Got a biago now internal wastegate with boost compensator and 12mm plunger and PWR water to air intercooler 18psi and love it.

i know of 3 of them that let go running round 15psi makeing full boost at round 2100

DSR bad product, stay away if possible.

T3/T4 from Cockram Nissan, Christchurch would be a far superior purchase similar cost. Will hit boost strong from 1500 rpm
