mitsipaj wrote:awesome.. cant wait, are you going to be allowing more than 10 teams? because it sounds like theres going to be alot. a much wider audience now that you dont need a tuff truck to compete,(alot more interesting)
Hi Mate very unlikely that we would increase the teams ,While Tony and i have run several winch challenges this would be our first as far as a teams event goes ,As were going into the unknown we would rather limit it to a number that we know we can manage first time and have a successful event rather than run extra teams and it turn to custard ,So unfortunately when the entries go up it will be a case of when were full thats it .If this one goes off as were sure it will we will be running another later in the year .
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
As a foot note ,to level the playing field a bit for those that dont know the park ,while simex tyres will help on 2-3 stages , with the tracks we are setting they wouldnt be my tyre of choice if i were competing

Definatly sounds like a great event, im new on here but would be very keen to join in as part of a team or may be able to drag anotha suzuki or 2 along.
Just need two trucks with winches who don't mind helping the Lada out every so often
I think my little sj could handle that if needed

Little Zuks go well in Woodhill.Forgot to mention that Min Tyre requirement is Good ATs and we will not be putting trucks through the real deep water/mud holes in the play area ,as we dont want stuffed radiators and alternators

Haha, team explosive? ...hmm, that sounds bad - no explosions please!
...or is it team Toyota Nissan Toyota? Will be nice to be in a toyota majority this time. We will have to prepare some nissan jokes to keep us awake.

When you say

do mean you have a team sorted or have a team entered, as I don't see any entry forms up yet.
Cheers

Spent the day in Woodhill sorting tracks for the 24h teams event ,Have mapped and logged 7 tracks so far each should take a team of 3 trucks at least 1 1/2 to 2 hrs to complete each stage ,changed and modified most so as locals wont have any real advantage .a couple more weekends and we should be sorted
Might have to arrange a big rubbish skip for your guys broken and bent bits

(Simon and Steve that is ) the way you guys drive your terrano:s you must really hate your trucks
