Part one of new turbo set up made a exhaust flange, oil feed block to go

visted engine guy tonight will end up with a 4.25,
block ex hot tank
one cyl head
pistons with stuck rings and the crank
and all the other bits

hunted frost plugs for the engine, the 54mm plug to block off cam shaft one month ex japan, box of ten, one week summit, usa, had thoughts of taking engine off him to get some else to finnish, but parts all over the shop shit show of finding every bit,

on the floor sticking the bits back on the engine which he took off, two hours or so to get the injector pump on and all the lines and marks lined up

forgot 22mm long reach socket for injectors, oil in, just turbo, its lines and dump pipe ,batteries, water then fire it up.

sounds like people/customers need to stop buying from DSR and hopefully he goes out of business - so match bad reviews i dont see how he can still sell these crappy goods.

they pnoned today it runs, spill timed, pump timed, timing marked timed. it was that bloody woodrough key on pump shaft,
did in the glows in my trys to start to sucker,

the seal on the pump behind drive gear was damaged caused air leak

seems i also had two washer on the return line, stopping fuel from draining out.
