My mate has Mickey Thompsons on his 2 dr JK they sit real firm on the bead so you should be able to air right down to 15 psi or lower. They are a soft compound so are wearing quicker than my KM2s but start off with heaps of tread :). Glad you put the white lettering inside :). Looking good.

Need wider flares though as they rubbed a few times. Possibly going to get the 7" standard extended ones

Thinking about using just a 31" for the spare. As i dont want to go bigger cause i dont want to put too much stress on the tailgate. (i cant afford a tire carrier at the moment).

31" for a spare will be plenty big enough yea? Going to chuck it on that 15x8 rim above

cheers

oh yup !!! thats awesome, could be done a little different and still get the look tho I reckon, bend it at the bottom where the side hoop attaches to go either straight up or angle back a bit slightly smaller side hoops maybe ???

wish we could have stingers over here

cheers

carefull you don't crunch ya spider gears if you have to run with the smaller tire, I got a 33 inch on my standard carrier, sat down hard on the standard bumper tho but atleast it didn't wobble around, also had a little trouble with some trailer couplings but got round that by turning removable tow hitch upside down and fitting ball to other side so it sat lower, because the back spacing is different to standard rims I got some 25mm spacers made up that sit under the rubber door stoppers on the back door, will get some pics up for ya tomorrow

cheers
Greg
