Yeah its weird. Maybe its stuck in 4wd part time...The New Process linkages can be a finnicky little bitch. Sometimes it helps to back up a few metres or make sure the truck is rolling real slow when shifting. (just like a Range Rover Classic)
Although if youre centre diff was locked (ie 4wd part time) and its been used on the road for any decent period then you'd probably know about it (ie mega carnage)
