Exactly my thoughts, gutting it full on, minimal bar work in the fornt. Enough to protect the front and hold a winch and maybe some rock sliders, Once Bobtailed I will make a simple rear bumper. I think too many guys try out do other by over engineering bar work for situation they will never get to use the full potential like falling off a cliff. im not doing 100kph either so its all slow stuff. Other removing all the seats and fitting 4 x semi bucket seats with 4 point harnesses nothing else is going in the truck.

So did you get a Discovery yet??

No not yet, got s few on Trade Me lined up but only once the Cruiser goes will I buy one. Don't wan to buy another truck until the space has been made by selling the current one.
