auto electrician looked at surf this week. and guess what.... a plug unplugged under dash 
one that goes to ecu, must have been unplugged to get air bags out and was hidden away behind stuff.
so it now runs, still got to sort vacuum on supercharger though because the brake booster is loosing its vacuum and there is a small hole on sc sucking hard out.
