done a hell of a lot of work on the damn thing over te last year - gotta have something to waste my money on
Pretty basic, cab's very rusty. Since this photo was taken i've got it in the shed and started improving it some more. so far i've shortned the chassis to the rear hangers, deck too, made longer shackles, taken cab off to repair the mounts, and started making up a coil spring setup for the front to improve approach. The longer shackles were done to try and get around the tyres binding in the front guards, without cutting them out anymore.
SJ410 29x12x15 terra grips on 15x11 rims, ex trademe, $400 new deck various chassis and susp. mods. will get a small diesel eventually.
97 3 door 2.0l 4cyl outlaw snorkel 50mm bodylift custom bumper and skid plate kl71 225/75/16 tyres
before bumper was ready to go on suzukis do get stuck

Hey all. Mine is a 93 Vitara 8V carb.
Its only had the 16" vitara rims and 31" muds on, removed front bumper (foam to be replaced with steel when I get my welder), tacho, momo wheel, tints, escudo seats and removed rear seats.
By mid next year I hope to have tow hooks, remove rear bumper, spotties, fit LWB springs and do a turbo setup. for the turbo setup will use the turbo, carb, fuel pump and intercooler from a Renault fuego we have lying around.
the next run I made it up, went right, over tree stumps and got stuck, ended up with a "kinked" right chassis rail.

Got this from some nice people up at Whakatane (it’s their picture actually) Have had it out at a fun day and round 1 of our local club champs. Set up for “A” Class.
Will now miss entering in round 5 Trial Series at Napier 14th March. Cause the co-pilot got a job in Ozy.
Life gets in the way of everything.
Cheers MIKE.
