yeah yeah, got told off about 2-3 times, but did it look like I gave a fuk. I had even more fun later when I flicked the switch to put in 2 wheel drive.

Was Eric Bons. Didnt feel like it was going to fall over. Was trying out the low range and artic was fun. Was definitely much more stable with a person in the passenger side.
It drew quite a big crowd aswell

Started with a speed section which went off without a hitch then blew the rear diff in the second trying to hop (jump) up out of a creek. Started the repairs in the pits but they came to an end after we could not remove the short side axle which is fairly well jamed in there.
Hopefully Wanganui will go better for us.
changed the text for ya doddzee.
see ya at wanganui

You got that right skid.
Tried removing the axle today but no luck. Welded a chain to the axle hooked one end to a truck and chained the housing to my workshop. Bloody thing stopped the truck dead in its tracks

So its off to Howats to cut it up.

Congrats to the folks who sorted the rally. flowed real good back in the pits at 3.30 with 95 entries thats good Had a reasonable day apart from the odd brain fart that my co-driver let me get away with, the rain stayed away 3rd in class and 71 o/all bit of luck this will be my worse round for the season.
Met Turoa and a couple of others from here seemed to be reasonable types. Didnt know about the key fetish that the young fellow had but he did mentioned that he had been playing in the rock crawler. The boy seems to have his head screwed on the right way and he'd be an asset to any club
I didnt break anything on the buggy but did snap the front pipe off on the Daihatsu Delta 13B coming home shit they are loud witha 3 inch long exhaust

Its not a key fettish, its just funny to jump in jerrys truck when he leaves the keys in it.
I dont take other peoples trucks without asking

awesome rally we had a ball. sadly was only support crew for a few trucks but will hopfully have my new engine set up in for the final 3 rounds. Hay skid next time our useless presidant dosnt hand in the score card charge him a bottle of beam. You will probably get 1 a round if they dont sort there truck out.

I love the trailer coupling... what a cool idea. Does it, or would it, work well?
