it got the treatment today, my longfield super set arrived from SNR and got my paws on a 2nd hand A.R.B front air locker and compressor, wireing, switches etc and set to it this morning and its all in and working now

no pics as i was too busy getting it all in and working

ahhh..about halfway thru the chev conversion i got fed up with the shit length of it and couldnt get decent groundclearance for the case etc etc etc so popped the 4 spd back in and all good.

But you'd have to change the induction to injection.

I understand completely. My brother is the same. He thinks when it's carberated the engine has a sole.

I like of all that extra grunt when an injected motor has been finely tuned.

But each to there own. :D

its only in very recent times that peak power has equaled to that of carberation
carbs atomise the fuel better
in a tech sence a perfectly tuned carb will give you as much power as injection
its just easier to get that tune when you just have to change a number

i like injection .. because it has lots of other advantages ... carbs only have one....simplicity

Unless your nose is pointing uphill and there aint no fuel in the carb.... just lots of wheezing and spluttering.
Or is that just me in the morning......????
