Very nice dude. I had considered the same tyres myself. They seam like real good value for money. Did you get 16" or 15"?

The 15inch rims i've got look real close to the steering arms and I'm thinking they will be real close to the calipers once on (if they fit at all)

yep, and more buyin again, i got some ROH styles white spokes on the way. 5 of. theyre 15 x 8's with a -22 offset..

now does anyone know what that equates to in actual backspacing on the inside edge of the rim to the back of the bolting surface in mm's? just curious. wondering if i have the need to increase the offset....

I just put -24 offset speedy rims and they stick out from my 70 series a similar amount to the offset. Havn't had a measure, do you want me to pop around with them on the way home some time?

backspacing should be about 92.3mm or roughly about 3.5".

I may be a little off track with this nibs, correct me if I'm wrong, but aren't beadlocks the go if you have plenty of power and run the risk of throwing the truck hard into banks etc? wouldn't you have to be driving like a mad man to pop a tyre off the rim with the existing engine? Another thing, I think you originally said you didn't want to go for a bigger engine (V8 maybe  ) because of cost, yet you seem to be throwing plenty of money into other things :?

All depends how low you run them, Ive thrown beads off at low speeds with tyres at 15psi. You hit a bank or rock on the wrong angle they will come off. With beadlocks i now run my tyres around 5psi, grip is awesome but would not beable to run those pressures without the beadlocks.
