great weekend at cust with the winch challenge....ironman class was a great success..think there was 25 trucks all up 12 being in the ironman class.......
got through 7 stages boiling again so parked her up think we may have a gasket problem or cracked head...
shit happens ......................................

Dont you worry about having something under pressure being shaken in the back that might suddenly spray hot liquid over your back?
Or is it just a jeep thing?

Have you done anything to your tie rod and drag link? Mine got bent over the weekend and I'm doing research to find a stronger replacement than factory. But other than the Crown Automotive HD Kit for RHD, there doesn't seem to be much. Currie/Savvy kits are for LHD only. Can't be flipped, the cross over joint will hit the passenger side sway bar link/bracket.

bent mine a few times bout as thick as straw......waiting on James and see how his xj front end comes out ...doing some wj bits .....its all in his build thread ...xjcrawler ......just wish he would hurry up .....

Well, in that case I might just go with Crown HD kit this time and see how it goes with James for next time I bend it. May be I should just raid my wife's WG for parts plus V8 and get her something else to drive....

she shrank .......put old lift back in .....have got bits on order as in flares and bits ...........should be a road going heep in a couple of weeks .....

tie rod ends done ...new windscreen in muffler to do , headlights ,ball joints fun things them ...
looking rather small nexts to kaneys rig......still will be able to run 35s when done ......low and slow...
