Next few days is a full set of bars on a terrano. Heres the sliders. Just tacked at this stage. I've made a start on the front bar, pics tomorrow.

It seems that Nissan, when they designed the D21 chassis, never intended on any more than the metal toothpick factory bumper. Sorted that design fault :mrgreen: :mrgreen:

Nice work again tom, Just a quick question, What are the rules re welding to a chassis, eg does it need cert if its for bullbar mounts? am building one for a ln106 on a tight budget to fit winch and tought welding some gussets to front crossmember would work but unsure of rule

To the best of my knowledge yes it does require cert. This truck already had an uncerted body lift so was destined to be certed anyway. :wink:

You really are coming of age now Tom. Some nice looking design work going into that as well.

I really have an issue accepting work that is done with no thought to asthetics as well as function, but your stuff is ticking both boxes. Awesome 8) 8)
