Sorry to read about your troubles in some of your photos I see your breather from the rocker cover goes some where what have you done there? As I would like to do the same. Also is your new turbo water cooled? And how much was new turbo? Garret are the best! Is it roller bearing?

cost $1450 and a quiet wife, no old school oil cooled unit,breather goes into a airline oil water trap, cheap opition as sod all room under the hood of a safari.
haven't found this turbo on garret web site yet :roll:

add 350kms on the speedo was agood run down to Wairere falls south of thompsons track.
have a oil return to the sump to fix,a chassis lube system at moment :roll:

had a look under the engine last night have oil on sump flowing backwards a leak from oil cooler filter block area, bastard :twisted:

found i dislodged oil dipstick tube getting filters off , oil up to me elbows i will sort it
