Working on Sunday 19th Nov for the Next ORE Trip, location Terewhiti, Access fee is $20 + $5 to cover BBQ (per Truck), trip will be suitable for newbies to those that like to damage trucks, suitable for stock vehicles to modified, unwarranted and unregistered ok (also for those without a licence (turoa, Mr Offroader), terrain is easy tracks to large nissan swallowing mud bogs the hard bits are optional . BBQ Lunch at Plastic Bay. An invitation will be given to all other local clubs as well.

Vehicles need proper towhooks, first aid kit, fire extuingisher, recovery strop and spade. no booze, dogs or firearms.

More details will follow here soon.....

(We need to leave Aotea for a bit to let things settle down......)

I think so......Terewhit is a big mud hole paradise + good for newbies

yea but i think it gets real rough or possibly only by motorbike i think it would be a very long drive to redrock and when you get to the end of redrocks its extremly rough and you have to get your tides right to get through the bays like cave bay etc.....

Plenty to keep us busy at Terewhiti (when Stinky gets stuck!!!), will save Red Rocks for another trip

lol sorry bubba but u go right out to the end of redrocks and have a look! ....yea l probably be in 8) (as long as my sill bars etc are done) some water....small creeks etc in various...a couple of good bogs around the place and good hill climbs :D

So what is the terrain? rocks or what? I do have a vid from years ago of a trip heading south in the morning going over cave bay, and I think they must have come in from terrawhiti

all i know is i have 4x4ed all the way out to as far as i could go and it got pretty rough and if you didnt get your tides right you get stuck out there....sand shingle some rock etc

Its hard you know. You have know idea how hard it is to choose when you have 2 vitaras ans 2 safaris I suffer i tell you.

Im going to the ccvc training day its good fun and theres always more to learn. If I dont take Truckie itll sulk and still break something come on guys like theres a choice

I do have a couple of safari diffs we could slot under it. Actually i just about did that before i bought my safari. Just missed out on buying one.

Went up to rallywoods last Sunday nice when truckie is working climbed up the dreamer and fell in a big hole {worthog has the pics} :wink:
