Right well....the arrangements:
I reckon if people aim to show up at around 11am, that should take us to around a 12:00 kick off.
There's a few (approx 5) courses to play on that every one should be able to drive.
Then there's the mud. Haven't decided the best way to tackle that one, but from our little play last weekend, there is a line that should be driveable buy most. I think we will peg out some crazy lines for some of the lighter more agile trucks for the spectators amusement
There is plenty of wood around (old stuff from milling) if we want to build a bonfire later, and with all the man power, wouldn't take more than half an hour.
Bring ya own steak, sausages, possum, what ever it is that you like.
Now, BBQ's. Only had one lined up as thats all i can get my hands on with out hiring one, so if ya wana see what you can come up with xj, that would be wicked.
