Wow these gauges certainly look the biz!
Do you need to buy the egt probe etc seperatly or do they come with the gauge?

I'm definitely heading towards two of these , egt/boost + trans temp/watertemp and then possibly a third for oil pressure/volts.
Pretty sure the auto sparkie will be happy for half a days work

Wire them in yourself, it aint that hard to do and you'll save yourself some coin too

I definitely could but the sparkie will also be wiring in a alarm,
and tbh wiring is my pet hate.
problems are only a problem if you not willing to learn how to find solutions

Could somebody help me out here? Electrics and I are not the best of friends, that's for sure.

Which do I go for - they are both an EGT gauge but different sensors I believe?

http://www.auberins.com/index.php?main_ ... cts_id=230

OR

http://www.auberins.com/index.php?main_ ... cts_id=231

Next, I'll be running it in a '93 1KZ Surf with dual batteries. What voltage option to I select? 12v or 24v

And lastly, what mounting option did you guys choose?

Cheers!

If you look at the probes page you can read the specs on each.
I went for this one http://www.auberins.com/index.php?main_ ... cts_id=182

Currently waiting for mine to arrive!

Go for the 2nd one in post as the first one has a hose clamp to hold the probe in place?
The 2nd one is designed to be drilled and tapped in place.
Ok people, move along. Nothing to see here. Thank you, move along.

Your post has confused me Pete haha. Hang on, did you mean to say 2nd one for both of those?

How about the voltage and mounting options?

This one, being the second one posted in the question.

If your truck is 12V then select 12V
If it is 24V then select 24V

The mounting type is a personal preference, just depends what taps you have available to tap it in?

As for the LED colour, well it comes down to the age old argument, left hand or right hand; again it is a personal preference.
