Do you make templates then next time you make one just get them profile cut out to save time? or just custom each time.

Same.
It's even more interesting when it's your truck he's working on.
7pm can't come fast enough.
I'm hoping to get dropped off at Tom's tonight by another dude that's look at an external cage for his truck.

Sorry about the lack of pics lately people. Been doing some work on a Motorhome (not much 4wd goodness to show there

) and a heap of other little jobs which dont have much in common with 4wds either
There is some cool 4wd jobs in the pipeline tho

Wow! like the design you have gone with on this cruiser.Usual high quality/design.I have made several attempts at a front bar for my MWB. Current one does the job but is very bulky and to be honest UGLY!!! could you replicate one of these style front bars to accomidate the PTO winch setup? I realise it would push it forward a fair amount but i would like to redo my current setup to a similar style.
Cheers

Right, might have it sussed
First three pics above are of a reinforced Safari diff.
Next (and these) are of another Safari. Few front bar mods. There is a panel which bolts in under the winch but I didnt take any pics of it
