There are some nice steep dozed humps between rossiters road and the groin off the side of the track - did you find them?
I think they were there to stop vehicles during the bird season, when I was there last they were just passable, prob are more worn now.

Sold my 1985, BJ74 MWB Landcruiser, rear locker, 33" MTs, snorkel, PTO winch, solid bars all round, spotties, AM CB etc.

anyone else with photos feel free to post them ..i would like to see what was going on down the line..fwedy im not to sure where you are talking about the mounds were at the waimak but exactly where im not sure.. we popped out at south ayre rd if thats an indication..these mounds wernt passable ..
