Any other drivers would have to pay the $5 (or whatever it is) visitor fee to ORE Assc to be covered under the 4WD Assc insurance

for the akkas trip, is it going to be club level and hard yakka guys in the same sorta group? or could we make a hard group (e.g big tyres, big motor, f&r lockers etc) that can do tracks like roller coaster and winch every inch quickly and catch up to the easier group later???

Friday night some people will start to drift into Rallywoods and get set up for the weekend and have a cruisey evening.

Saturday is going to be a day of play at Rallywoods. I guess there will be plenty of people coming in on Sat morning and setting up tents and all that sort of stuff. Then we'll break up the trucks into groups of similar capability and send them off to various parts of Rallywoods to have a play.

Sunday is the Aka's day. Most people will head off early on Sunday and check out some tracks in the Akatarawa Forest Park, with those staying behind continuing to play at Rallywoods.

Monday will just be a late start, play as you wish at Rallywoods and then pack up when you want. I imagine this will be a bit of a wind down day for most people ;)

So if you want to come then register now by following the links from http://association.ore.co.nz/rallywoodsqbw2008. We will give you a couple of days grace with the late payment penalty as you'll see in my following post to the rest of the slackers! But please make the payment, as detailed at the end of the registration form and email sent to you, as soon as possible. Time is running out.
