At the CZ meeting in Palmy a few weeks back, there was considerable discussion on the age limit for drivers. I stand to be corrected here, but from my understanding, anyone who drives in any event/club outing etc on any road or track, must be of legal driving age, and that apparently is law. This has nothing to do with having a cams licence or any other competition licence, which is a seperate issue. Maybe Nick or Craig could elaborate further?

I wouldn't mind having a shot, as long as i have got the following sorted:

1. New tyres,

2. sorted leaky diff or at least refilled by it by next year

3. haven't completly farked up my Cruiser by then

Also depends on the tracks, i'm not interested in killing my Cruiser or it's driver

BUMP

been looking at the calender and seems that we're getting close to xmas, which as pointed out by our resident barman, is precious time for work functions etc (wheres our invite marty)

and the sub committee/consulting crew haven't really done too much about the event either

so I was thinking how about we wait till just after summers over but its still warmish and hopefully a sunny weekend and maybe the tracks won't be quite so dry.

my thoughts are ................................

Friday 24th April through to Sunday 26th April

if anyone has a better plan then let us know

I'm hopeful my new job will allow me a little bit more free time over weekends, or at least every second one, so will try and rattle the dags of those organising and get this event rolling
