Would changing the rear diff be against those rules as well?,
the rules allow me to change internal parts of the axle, so I'm looking at re-engineering the carrier out of possibly a nissan silvia to fit inplace of the lada one... possibly even swopping ring n pinion to... still got to get my hands on one yet
with the front diff i have seen the top ribs filled with weld and bigger bolts put in to take the stress and i had thought you could possibly weld plates just aft of the axles to stop the cracking that occurs there, also replace the bottom plate with something that is stronger and retains the rigidity of the diff?.
Got to talk to the scrutineer about reinforcing

I would have if I didn't keep getting distracted... sorry I didn't have the cammera with me heres one of the passanger side being tacked in place from a while ago

you can see the drivers side one to the left of the photo waiting to be tacked up, I've made it a little bit longer as theres nothing happening on the drivers side under the truck
Oh I just found out comp rounds in Dunedin, CHCH and Nelson

this is gona be a bloody expensive season

might have to try and get sponsorship from a trucking company
