Hi to every one, My name is Stephen and am a fairly new member member of the Manukau 4X4 club. I have only been out on about half a dozen runs so far and love it. my fav so far is the Whirinaki/Minganui area and have done a couple of runs there and will be returning again over easter. I drive a beat up 70 series cruiser and am about to build a mew truck for club runs, (also 70 series but newer and with aircon...) my current truck is open diffs with a 10000bl winch 33" mudders and not much else exturnally, (has a few mod cons inside like an MP3 player prs etc) but has served me well. am an absolute nutter for playing in bogs and will give anything a go regardless of how bad I know I will get stuck. will be fitting my new truck which is an auto with suspention lift body lift looking at 35" tyres when I sell my current truck will also fit arb air lockers have a air tank to run them and a back up compressor fitted to a 20ltr air tank. would like to here from anyone in the Manukau Manurewa area that has a soa conversion in a 70 - 75 series cruiser that would not mind me having a look at the set up and advising me on how to go about it.
