BIG ASS NEW YEARS PARTY Dec 2008/Jan 2009 (Welly)

Paul at Rallywoods contacted me today and has offered to host a big ass new years party up at Rallywoods at New Years. He explained we (ORE) have recieved the invitation as appreciation to the work done up there so far and to come, may be no trip fees for those regular volunteers.
FAMILY FRIENDLY TRIP
Will be a big tenty thingy (forget what they are called), big ass stereo, only limit is if you can carry up to 4 days worth of beer in/on your truck. may be some 4wd'ing.
Usual rules apply ie No drinking and driving, no doing tracks by yourself, Appropiate behaviour is expected, especially if kids are around otherwise you get your ass kicked etc. Please be aware Pauls family and friends will be there as well so it won't be an exclusive ORE event (see behaviour rule above).
Other local clubs etc may be invited however preference will be given to those members who have assisted in the working weekends up there. May be extended to include extra days if there is interest. I have offered our assistance to help setup and run etc.
BYO Food etc, we may look at providing a Gourmet BBQ for a fixed price on New Years eve if there is interest.
Usual 5 Star Accomodation is avaliable, otherwise bring your 5 star tent.
