Cool, but no, Ive seen one slower. About 10 years ago in Hamilton there used to be a Hillman Hunter with a small block V8 in it. It would often be seen sitting at the lights with the rear wheels just turning round. If you didnt know to look for the wheels turning, you'd never notice it.
