alloy skid plate, sliders and towbar

can anyone around waikato help with the supply of sum 3mm alloy tread plate for the top of my sliders, and sumthing a little more robust for a skid plate, and a detachable towbar thingy. any help would be very appreciated

would 3mm steel plate be allright for a bash plate, i have ripped my factory one off about six times and last was the last time, not reparable
