Are you wiring permanently to 12 V (bypassing the circut board) or trying to get it going from the std switch ect through the circut board??

Strait from the battery to the switch then strait to the window motor

will have a good look today at the colors of wires....but you need a switch which has 6 pins (for wires), and must be a return to centre on its own type switch, otherwise it gets left on and pops the circut breaker all the time (which is by the fuse box)

You need to locate the (large wires behind left rear passengers kick panel) plain blue wire, blue with black stripe, blue with yellow stripe and white with black stripe........those are the 4 important wires.
I'm in the midst of a body swap at the mo so can't tell you where to put each but you'll find two of those wires head back to the motor, one is power supply, and one is earth, all you nee to do is get your 6 pin plug put 12v (linked) to both centre pins, and then revers the polarity between front pins and rear pins on switch (using wires mentioned) and it will work.
Hard for me to explain on the keyboard, i will be re-wiring my new body in a week or so and can be more specific then.
anyway hope that helps, locate the mentioned colours....buy 6 pin rocker switch and wire away
good luck.
Tim

You may get on to something cheaper but......do it once do it right  , touching wires together is fine for a while, at some point those wires will touch something on their own...unmolestered....and you won't be there
first you will know of it, the local fire brigade will be in your driveway dampening down the wreck that was once your ride :x
trust me hard wired 12v switches are worth paying $30 bucks for

try King Commerical ( WRECKERS) at Ngongotaha if not, I have a spare as I dont have a canopy anymore (so when are you picking that up as well..) If you have the old switch out, bring that with you as I can sometimes seperate them and clean the contacts. Most times these switches stop working is because the contacts get clogged up with dirt etc
