ive seen them advertised on trade me for $250, but ive never seen one sell.i used a diesel transfur in mine and gave away the box. the transfur can be used on both petrol and man, but the box can only go on a diesel if it came off a diesel as the input shaft is differant. no box parts interchange with autos. you may have more luck selling the stuff as a manual conversion. pedal box and all. think thats in the region of a few hundy.

What ratios are the petrol and diesel v5mt1 gearboxes?, i have what i assume to be a L300 column shift box

and can get a v5mt1 diesel box, can i use the column shift box with the diesel transfer case and still have the t/case lever and gear lever in the normal place?.

I think the photos are a KM145 box.
Definately not a V5MT1 box or a V5M31. I will take some photo's of one (a V5MT1) today for you. It could also be a V5M21 but can't tell you what they look like.
That is not a super select transfer case either.
They are all Hydraulic behind the V6 but I cannot help with gear ratios.

Cheers muchly

.
I can safely say now that i do not have the v5mt gearbox in my garage but what i assume to be a fm145/6 gearbox, i would also assume the ratios are similar?, i know they are close to a Lada five speed box and somewhat close to a Fiat 131 five speed if what i read is anything to go by.
Can the low box ratio be changed, 1.9/1 to something a bit lower?. I wonder if the super select t/case will fit behind the fm145 t/case?.
Chears again njv6
