Bolt activated Relay in LN61 surf

Post by stoneym »

Hey I have a question regarding the bolt activated relay located on the passenger side under the 3rd bolt from the back hold on the fibreglass top. My relay has somehow shattered and I want to remove it anyways. I am wondering if I can simply tie the two wires that go into the relay together (is there some way to eliminate the relay without going all the way back through the wiring to where it ties in), or should I replace the relay and relocate it to a more suitable spot? I am putting in some new side panels and it just doesn't fit. Any help would be appreciated.
