I dont know much about caravan electrics but would 10 bucks worth of 24v bulbs be a quick and easy fix to transport it :o

commonly just change the bulbs. i see they have 12-24 volts leds out now which makes things easier if your building a trailer.

24v-12v convertor would do but you need one on just about every circuit.....$$$. crude way is to fit resistors.

Problem with 24-12v inverter is it will only do one power source at a time, and you will need 4 dropped to 12v, unless there is a proper trailer inverter, which, if there is, where can ya get them? Safe way, change the bulbs.
