2.4 gearbox ?

Hey guys

Just a quick question what is the manual gearbox used in the Prado (LJ78). Anyone know the model number? Is it the same as the hilux? Im asking because I am trying to decide what to put in my rock buggy. I am keen to use the marlin dual transfer case kit but I need a right hand drop transfer case to line up with the diffs. A little birdie told me that the hilux and prado gearbox/transfercases were the same just the prado had a right hand drop as opposed to a center rear output.

Any other tranny/T case options out there to run low gearing( im also thinking the marlin toy box)

Oh and it will be mated up to lexus V8

Any help would greatly appreciated.
