oil capacity

hey all
time for an oil change.
could some one please tell me the oil capacity of my 4jb1 2.8TD? im assuming around 4-5L, I dont want to get caught short though as im staying a wee way out of nelson.

2.8L 5.5 litres Oil

Distance between MIN and MAX mark on dipstick approx 1litre
