jingle bells

ok so when i put the clutch in i get a grit grinding sound and when i put it in 4th or 5th i get a jingle sounds from the gearbox and i also get it when im doin a 100kph and just take my foot of the gas and also the clutch pedal sometimes goes super hard but im guessing thats the booster playing up,im also using bungee cords to hold it in low range.Everything works great just sounds a little sick

So foot on the clutch makes a horrible grinding sound? Thats probably the thrust bearing failing - and if the pedal goes super hard when you are trying to push it, then its probably jamming on the sleeve it runs on which means something is well and truly worn out...
I hate to say this but it sounds like a box-out job...
If there is an inspection plate on the bottom of the bellhousing you might be able to check what its doing and clean/lube it up a bit... feel free to drop out to the workshop (txt first, I'm moving again, but closer to you) and we can have a look. But if it is the thrust bearing then it will need to be replaced, and that does mean pulling the box - which would be a good time to do a couple of other things... like the clutch and spigot bearing... assuming they are as worn out as a lot of other things on the poor old girl...

1st 2nd and 3rd seem fine its just 4th and 5th has th od graunch into 4th and as for reverse i think the neighbours know when im leaving.the shocks and springs are beyond shot the passenger side sinks real bad over bumps and the hole thing wobbles and sways after lol i love it too much tho so i will fully fix her up

Coils will fix those pesky buggered leafs...
