I like the look of these and can think of some other uses too

The remote looks a little light for the mud and other crud but I like the idea

They do a 4 ch one too
There is no mechanical problem so difficult that it cannot be solved by brute strength and ignorance.

The Runva winches we did a group buy for had these as an option. Good idea as long as you don't have the remote in your pocket...there is a cover for the buttons so should be ok.
I would recommend sealing the box up as from memory it is quite open to mud getting in.
