TD27T EGR Removal

I have just finished changing the injector pump on my 1990 terrano TD27t and in the process I removed the EGR valve and the butterfly actuator. I also made up blanking plates for where the EGR valve was located. I took a lot of photos and also scanned the drawing of the blanking plate with dimensions.
If anyone wants the photos email me at lesday@wn.com.au and I will send them to you.

Regards Les.

It has got more power but it is hard to tell if that is what did the trick as I cleaned out the inlet manifold, added a catch tank for the blowby removed the EGR and replaced and retimed the injector pump all at the same time.I am still running it on 50% used engine oil and the other day I had it up to 150kph!

disablin egr will not increase max power as its normally not on at full throttle, unless its faulty which is fairly common.
however you will notice part throttle is a lot better.
