The Handbrake on the oldmans 94 Vitara was put on whilst in a container for a month so it seized up. Reversed it out of the container and the handbrake hasn't worked since. Hav had the drums off and the pads move when the handbrake is pulled the pads move. The adjustment nut thingy by the handbrake is at it's max.
Does this mean i need new cables or could something else be broken?
