Hi All, (and toyota stirrers)
Thanks to all the stuff everyone puts up on this site. Very useful information that helps to sort the wheat from the chaff when deciding what mods to do !
New to 4WDing. Have got SWB Safari with 2" lift, 33" M/T'S half of home made snorkel. Here is a Pic (I hope) of me playing in the mud to see if the old TD42 could spin the 33" wheels. Sorry about the pic size but am new to the site. Have Joined local club and should have pics of first run soon, so stand by !!
Cheers And all Safari pilots know TOYOTA stands for:
T OW
O UT
Y OUR
O WN
T ANK
A S_WIPE LOL Attitude is EVERYTHING !!!!

Looks like you were having some fun at Guppy rd.
What are you doing Queens B/day weekend ??
There is no mechanical problem so difficult that it cannot be solved by brute strength and ignorance.

Hi Dazza and Sadam,

Yes Guppy Road and I'm not sure about Queens birthday weekend yet. I am going on a run this weekend (hopefully) up the Napier / Taupo Road to a place called Tatarakina with HB 4WD club. Should be fun and I might get to do proper 4WD stuff instead of playing in the mud like a ten year old. I learnt my lesson about playing in the mud too!!! What a mongrel of a mess to clean up.

Just messing around with the cracks about Toyota's too !!
In all honesty I got towed up a steep bank (stuck on my own towbar  ) by a SWB V8 landcruiser with Lockers, about an hour after the photo was taken !

Cheers and happy "Mud Chuckin" guys
