Im thinking of cutting my 70series cruiser down into a ute any one on here done it before or got any pics of some cut down ones cheers Alex

The FRP's with the removable tops would be pretty easy to cut down. Theres a few nissan chop threads that would probably be worth haveing a look at in the archives

Yeah H2O and Duckworth (not on here to my knowledge) both have FRP tops cut down, its not even really a cut - just an unbolt and modify the top and fit a new back and cut the rear doors down.
If its not a FRP top, like Sadam says, go for any other threads on cutting vehicles down - will be similar principles.

Sold my 1985, BJ74 MWB Landcruiser, rear locker, 33" MTs, snorkel, PTO winch, solid bars all round, spotties, AM CB etc.
Now just a 1994, 1kz Surf, pretty standard.

Duckworths has been cut down into cab chassis syle looks kick ass
