clutch and gear box question

speaking to the truck driver at work today, hes mate in stokes vally has clutch, 5speed gearbox and transfer case thats done 230,000kms for a 2.4 hulix same year as mine (1985)

my question, how much would you expect to pay for this?

plus my 2.4 is a 4 speed, would i have any problems fitting this to mine?

and would it need to be certified?

$150 to $350 dependeing on how well it runs and any work that has been done on it, hope this helps
