draggin up an old post i know...

but does anyone have an alternative service/workshop manual for the y60?
The rapidshare one that is up there doesnt actually have what i need! It tells me to take the truck to a professional...

I am trying to remove the rear windows on a SWB Safari and wouldnt mind finding out if there are any tips and tricks to take them out without breaking stuff so you can put them back in??

I am doing rust repairs

easy they pull out just get a screwdriver in one corner ,start bottom left on side windows, once started you can get ur fingers in and slowly pull frame and window out, that goes with the same for rear windows

Only copy I have left was an old scanned version. I've sent the index section to see if it's what you want before I delete it from the comp.
If it's ok, I'll send the rest

We have a PDF of scanned manual. In window replacement section it has:

Removal of the windscreen and fixed glass requires the use of special fast-setting adhesive/caulk materials and some specialised tools and techniques ...

Useful as hell.

yeh i have the same one!
I figured it out in the end - dont need windows anymore as I cut the roof off :)
I also got a gregory's manual from trademe for $40. VERY worth while purchase. Loads of detail on pretty much everything.
