Hey, anyone out there come across a PTO for use on the Land Rover 110 or 90 LT230 trnsfer box? Been looking around and seems like they are not a readily found item. Most references I have seen to PTOs off these boxes are custom made for there intended purpose.

Maxidrive in Australia produce a PTO unit for the LT230. My last pricing was about AUD$900.00 but that was 5 years ago. Their email address is
maxidrive@bigpond.com.au.
The 110 on trade me is more likely to have the earlier LT95 4-speed gearbox that has the transfercase built into it as one unit and won't be using the LT230.

Cheers Ralfie, will look into the Maxidrive units. Been considering this option for a while now and on another thread (

The ad says it has a 5 speed Santana gearbox (LT85) which has a seperate LT230 transfercase which was standard on some V8 110's the ad also says it has a later model Discovery transfer box for the higher gearing again a LT230
