An '07' Hilux on 36's
Good effort.
As for kits, well I don't know. I didn't think anyone would have made anything yet but you might find something in Auz?
Just a geuss, but all you should need is blocks and longer bolts, I haven't seen one up close but that's all body lifts are, nothing fancy. You may have problems with lengths of items that come up through the floor, I.E, the gear sticks etc, and wires, but as with most vehicles, everything seems to have enough stretch in it.
And yeah, Pictures please.

interesting you fitted 36" tyres, how wide are they and what width rim?,
I recently built up 2 hilux's with 35" boggers on 10inch rims, we put in a 4" suspension lift front and rear, the rear was with blocks on the springs, and the front used packers on the front struts, also brackets to drop swing arms and to rotate diff head around and down, even still the front body mount under drivers foot ended up taking almost a third off and also we pruned the body and flare to make fit, even with these kits we still got tyre rub on full lock, i think the only way to eliminate tyre rub with over size tyre is to literally move the entire front suspension forward. not a small under taking. i don't think a body lift will cure the rub, i think you will find the front body outrigger will be the issue
Cheers

Didn't think you would be able to do a body lift with the airbags etc. Remember reading on one of the Aussie forums certifiers not touching anything with an air bag that had a body lift....... Could be wrong........ Might be different here.

Come on guys you are being a bit harsh on Duane.
He asks a simple question and you all attack him. How useful is that to new members and the general readers of this.
Give the guy a chance. Maybe no photos because it is so complicated to load them in the first place, unless you are computer savvy.
His Hilux may have 36" tyres but as he states but they rub hence he needed assistance to get around the problem and when he asks for it you all critise.
You should be a shamed of yourselves for the dis service you give to members of ORE.

Bloody Skid, running his mouth off, half cocked again jeeeeez give the fella a chance. he may have meant 1987 Hilux or 32 not 36 and wrote the wrong thing (Me) or maybe he's a retard like many of us (Skid) and doesn't know what the hell he's talking about (Jerry) or he's got more bucks than brains (Pete40). It could be he is just full of shit (MrO), or thinks he knows a friggin site more than what he actually does and feels the need to tell everyone about it (most of us!)
Have I forgotten to offend anyone??
Now I have defended this guy with the Icelandic super truck, photo's please!

I just found it strange that someone can run 36" tyres on a '07 lux, thought it may have been another member taking the piss, wasn't long ago Duane was worried about voiding his warranty.......
Hey All,
Does anyone have an idea how to get the engine management l light to turn off in the new hilux's? I may or may not have driven with the speedo unplugged.......and under load the orange engine management light comes on. In my 2006 Hilux if you plugged the speedo bacjk in the light goes off.......or if you turn the key on and off.........but in the latest one......it doesn't. The problem I have is ...this now voids the warranty if I cannot get it off before the next service, as it's pretty obvious what i have been doing.
Any help would be apprecaited
Cheers
Duane

Who did you buy the original lift off? Have you told them you are having clearance issues?
I take it you have spent a few $$ through them on the difflocks etc, so go back and let them know your problems, they should bend over backwards to help

bwaaaaaaaaaahahahahahahahahahahahahaha, soooo true.
OK, so it seems we are judging this character too fast even though its been a week and he's failed to reply
If he has trouble posting pics, then why has he not asked how, like everyone else has done when they are lost, its hard to believe also that you build a monster truck like this and not take any photos of it,
so all of this aside and assuming that this chap is genuine, then we move onto the fact that he lives in dunners, so has anyone down that way seen a massive brand spanking hilux cruising town on big tahs, or better still if you know any local certifiers down there, then he must have seen one of them.
I for one am not holding my breath waiting for this chap to show himself again, but we can all wait and see if the BS MAN surfaces

Correct me if I'm wrong BUBBA but everyone above except SKID has NOT commented on this and all SKID has said is "Pics", maybe you could engage your brain before giving us this crap, .... and more useless posts like this.

My point was and is that 'lets give people the chance to post without fear of being called a dump ass'
The point about Welly posting lots of crap, well, we are the seat of Government so of course we are full of crap. On the other hand, Welly now has more active members than any other area (at a guess)
Jerry, buddy, I'm not feeling the love....
Back on thread, Isn't it possible (but not likely) that this 07 Lux is a lux body on a Cruiser chassis in which case 36's would fit. I know somebody has a winch challenge truck that this has been done too
