Nissan Rear coils.

Put some new coils in the safai today, 2 inch lift for SWB safari so 1 inch lift on my LWB. Now what I'm worried about is how they sit in the rear. They seem to wobble a lot more than the standard and i'm just wondering if this is normal or if its just because I'm expecting to much out of SWB coils. I have the longer shocks it the back also so wondering if that is effecting it?

yeah i would say the extra weight on the springs wont help at all, normally they would be taking a 2.3 ton truck, now they take what the lwb weighs.
Have your old ones sagged?? probably better going for coil spacers rather than those springs you put in, could have real bad consequences, handling all stuffed up... i guess it would be like driving a SWB that is grossly over laden...
be careful.

I hadn't really thought of the weight side of it. Good point. The more I think about it the dumber the idea seems haha.
Ah well, it should be right for daily drivin but I don't think I'll do anything serious in it till I sort some proper coils. The tyres are comin off again tomorrow anyway since I'm not ready to cert them.
