well got the winch installed this weekend its not the flashest winch bar but its strong and does the job which is all that matters to me:) so hears a couple of pics of it and in in cab winching controles.

Nice install :)
I've put my mounting in the same place as well to save approach angle. Being a bit paranoid of cable being so close to radiator, I have got a bit of hole punched ali plate folded up to clamp to the back of the drum, just in case :wink: .
All I got to do now is get a winch! ( bought a cheap 24v warn, which will be more expensive to change to 12v! - silly me..)
84 SJ410V, 1000cc, OME 2" spring kit , 2" extended Shackles, 1&3/4 "extractors and 15" coby ,rear lockrite, 29" SATs
This is not the greatest truck in the world..this is a tribute!
