Dexron III in older tranny?

will Dexron III instead of Dexron II cause problems in auto? (94 KZJ78 Prado w/ A343F transmission)

I hope it doesnt cause thats what went into my last prado i think :?: ...but then again its long gone so not my problem :lol:
toymota thats stock standard.
