Well you have all heard about Project Prado, now its time for Project Pajero

I own a 1993 2.8 Turbo Diesel SWB Mitsi Pajero.

I have been using it for easy 4wd runs, and will continue to. However I want to modify it so I can use it for extended trips (Safari's and camping etc), so I need to modify it a little.

So join me as I turn this normally used for shopping :wink:

4wd into a well setup (I am not sure of the well bit :wink:

) Crusin 4wd.

Mods/Additions that are required

1. Tyres/wheels
2. Suspension
3. Engine
4. Storage/roof system
5. Protection
6. Equipment
7. Auxillary Equipment
8. Navigation
9. Safety
10. Communications
11. Problems

I will whenever I make a change put the number in the note
EG if I add a Radio I will write in the subject line
PROJECT PAJERO #10- Added a CB radio

Now something that people always ask about = BUDGET
I dont have loads of cash so I want to do this on a budget, but without jepodising safety or comfort. So wherever possible I will list the prices.

If you have any ideas or suggestions please feel free to post them or PM me with your ideas.

Also the parts or things I do may not always be what you would do or use, but each idea I do will be for a reason.
Remember I will be using for longer Safari type trips, not for the Tough Truck bash!

I know this Samurai, and I also now he has spent allot of money getting up to spec
However I want to custom build mine, exaclty how I want it

That's actually not bad value, mines close to that spec (minus rear diff lock and roll bar) and will have cost him a lot more than I've spent, and that's the $$ I've got mine insured for.
