ASIN hubs

Post by wjw »

Am having no luck emailing Fully Equipped for WARN hub prices... will call them this afternoon....

but anyone know where I might find a set of second hand ASIN hubs? 30 spline I think for mine... Tried the local places, they made a few calls but nothing.

HI Bill,

I think ASIN FWH's came on factory on some mitsi L200's... (think) Something to try? Many of them came with the auto hubs, maybe it was only in Aussie that manual hubs were fitted to them.

don't know what they're worth, seen some aisin ones on trademe a while back for $125 the pair
I don't think i'd pay any more than $50 for these Bill, but i'll send them down and try 'em out mate before you pay me they might be real good, or might not last 5 min, I brought a whole front end second hand and these were included,
P.M me your address Bill and i'll pop them in a courier bag next week

If these hubs were used on a L/C or Prado with front diff locks, they maywork lose, NOTE, because of having no tappered collets to hold them firmley in position. Supper winch hubs have the same problem. It would pay you to grind up a drill and CSK the holes and fit L/C collets

I certainly can see your points ther is no doubt that the aisins with brass coletts are the best,
however they have managed to survive many years on a 25yr old vehicle without falling off, :?
