TD42 Water pump q??

Is it just my safari or are the water pump pulleys supposed to not be lined up properly, mine looks about 10mm out of wack??

Mine line up alright , mine have two slots in the pully and have it on the closest one to the engine?

Mines fine and so is Bubbles it didn't use to be, when I took mine off and took it to BNT the guy looked it up in the book and he thinks it was out of a TB42 not a TD42
