I am certainly no expert on rockys (i no nothing) but since no one else has posted:
As for shops around town i found rick from 4wd accessories i really helpful guy with a well set up shop. From memory there is a guy on here maybe dunedin?? that has done a few cool mods to a rocky so have a search around and see what you can find.
good luck

id go to see Rick at 4wd Accessories..ive dealt with both 4wd Acessories & Delta.....rick leaves delta for dead....i found delta to be rather rude & arrogant.

Re: snorkel and lift kit.
im the guy from dunedin that was being talked about.
first off what model is your rocky they came in both f70-75 (2.8 desiel) or the f300 (1600 petrol)?
for the f300 there is a little that can be done with out costing an arm and a leg. the f70-75 there are a few more options avalible out there to be carried out.
i have had both vehicles and worked offroad with both.
