Looks tidy! How long will that last??

You'll want to get rid of the tube under the front bumper - it'll reduce the approach angle something horrible...

Nice looking unit and a nice engine!

What mods need to be done to a 70 to get 35s under?
Sold my 1985, BJ74 MWB Landcruiser, rear locker, 33" MTs, snorkel, PTO winch, solid bars all round, spotties, AM CB etc.
Now just a 1994, 1kz Surf, pretty standard.

You should be right with a 50mm body lift, I've got OME springs in the front and a 50mm body lift and I've never had any rubbing, I dunno about the back coz I havent got any body work at the back of my truck

Ah the first weekend with the new truck is always awesome
got to learn a bit about it such as the lsd works very well haha.

also found out that it isnt in fact a 13b-t but a 3B with an aftermarket turbo setup as i believe they didnt come out factory turbo, correct me if im wrong.

Also thought we'd try on his 35 wranglers on the cruiser just to see if they fitted

i think it looks farking awesome and doesnt rub on full lock either

The odd thing is, the turbo doesnt have any toyota markings and doesnt have an internal nor external wastegate - well, that I can see...

Not many of the SWBs had the 13bt so it might be a modded 3b. The 13BTs were mainly in the MWBs it seems

Yep the split transfercases can run PTO's but you'll have to pop the cover off to see if it has the PTO drive gear installed, some transfercases just had a spacer on the shaft instead of the drive gear. If it hasnt got the drive gear you'll have to find someone with an old transfercase you can rob one out of

Can anyone tell us off the top of their head how long the body bolts are, and how long they need to be for 2" lift? :D

Wanna get this thing to woodhill this weekend.
